Don't shoot the messenger. During Annual on 686 it was found that the new windshield was installed wrong and does not meet FAA Reg. Discussion now is whether to take it back to painter for redo or have Aero Services do the redo. It is a time consuming project. We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing to many schedules but the Annual cannot be signed off until problem is corrected.
