ScheduleMaster says my medical or flight review is about to expire, but that is not correct. What do I do?

The information in ScheduleMaster regarding when your medical and flight reviews is not accessible to change by members. This data is updated by the membership director to insure we have current docemention in the club files. If there is an error, please contact the membership director, or any Board Member to make the correction.

ScheduleMaster says I'm locked out because my medical or flight review is expired. What do I need to do?

When you get a new medical, or complete a flight review, please send a copy of the paperwork to the Membership Director via email and/or a copy in with your monthly payment. The information in ScheduleMaster regarding when your medical and flight reviews is not accessible to change by members. This data is updated by the Membership Director to insure we have current documentation in the club files. If there is an error, please contact the membership director, or any Board Member to make the correction. If your BFR has expired and you need to schedule a plane to complete your BFR, contact the Membership Director to allow you to make a schedule.

How can I learn all the features of ScheduleMaster?

Logon to ScheduleMaster and review the information under 'Help'. You can also launch the on-line 'Training' option from the main page (just above your user name in the upper right hand corner).

Can I reserve or cancel my schedule without a computer?

Yes, T-Craft members can create and edit their aircraft schedules by calling 800-414-6114 and entering their user number and password.

I can't access a PDF file.  What do I need to do?

Many of the documents published on this website use Adobe's Portable Document Format (and carry a file extension of .PDF). Adobe Reader software is required to view and print PDF files — and it's free from www.adobe.com. Versions are available for most major operation systems.

What is the last day of the month that I can use my minimum flying hour?

The billing cut off date is the 25th of each month. If you don't want to waste your minimum monthly flying hour, you must use it by midnight on the 25th.

I'm currently a Class I member, and I would like to upgrade to Class II. What is the process?

You need to have 100 hours total time logged before you can apply for an upgrade to Class II. Fill out a Membership Upgrade Form, and come to the next board meeting with your logbook and a check. You'll need pay the difference between the Class I membership fee and Class II membership fee (with appropriate grandfather provisions if you joined when the membership rates were lower). If you don't have any previous experience in Cessna 182s, our insurance requires you have a minimum of 5 hours instruction in a 182.
